  3. Local Number Portability
  4. Interstate Access charge or (Network Access charge)
  5. 911 charge
  6. N.C. Relay
  7. Federal tax, local carrier
  8. State tax, local carrier.
  9. Long distance carrier Federal Tax
  10. Long distance carrier State Tax

Add all these up, then calculate the percentage you are paying in illegal charges by dividing this amount by your total bill and multiply by 100.
