Court Case of Importance

                                            c/o 7055 Mountain Road
                                            Oxford, North Carolina,
                                            November 24, 2000

Clerk of the one supreme Court of the united States
one First Street, N.E.
Washington, D.C. 20543

Dear Clerk of the Court;

     I just found out by reading various subjects on the Supreme Ct. web site, that BEFORE a case gets to the "conference" stage it MUST receive the "approval" of at least "one" Justice who feels the case has MERIT !

     The conference stage is AFTER the "Pool" stage...where a single Clerk reviews the petitions......so someone out there felt our case had merit!

Therefore, I would like a "copy" of the "pool review" disposition MEMO in my   case 00-6105, and the name of the Justice that thought our case had merit.

This should be a matter of Public Record.....

Sincerely,

Albert Coombs
