Dear whomever,

     I received a unsigned letter, November 17, 2004 (See attached in this Fax) with a notation II Other reason, that, No Account number was provided to receive the 187 dollar credit and further credit of the Federal Excise Tax , herein after FET.

     After Amy Shoenfeld, Executive and Regulatory Analyst, wrote me a letter stating all I had to do to receive credit and removal of further billing of the FET was to inform Chris Franta at Sprint headquarters of the amount, the customer account number, and the protest. I did and included the account number which was 000 000 0000/0000-000 back on September 29, 2004.

     On November 6, 2004 I sent a letter to all concerned stating that I would use the credit of 187 to extinguish every phone bill until the credit was gone and then I would pay the bill minus the FET if I did not hear from any Sprint people.

     This is bungling at it's highest level of a drone that has an IQ of maybe 90 when I get the letter stating I did not provide an account number.

     After calling the number given to me in the letter twice, 1-888-298-0732, to respond to this letter, I got a recording it was an invalid number. So I called the 888-788-4727 number and that led me on an hour of phone calls to every Sprint department you can think of except the one I wanted. Everything from "we have no record of your number" to "try this number they might be able to help you." One department said the primary number 919-000-0000 had an account number of 600107575 but the two secondary numbers 0000 and 0000 were not listed and it was the local number I should call to get the account number from Sprint in North Carolina. Finally I ended up with the local Sprint Carolina 800 number given to me by the Sprint department I was talking that could not help me

     The woman there in Sprint North Carolina confirmed that the number I gave Chris of the Tax Department was indeed the account number the unsigned Sprint Tax Department said I did not give them. Again that account ID number is 919 -000-0000/0000-000 and I did give that number to Chris Franta way back in September, only some drone could not comprehend their job and had no idea what to do except say I did not give them an account number when I did.

     Since this is a stalling tactic on Sprint's part I am proceeding with the original plan agreed to by Len Lauer, Chris Franta, Amy Shoenfeld, Sprint Billing of Charlotte, N.C., the United States Justice Department, the Attorney General of North Carolina and the N.C. Public Utilities, in that I will take the entire bill each and every month and apply the 187 dollar credit. This means that about 43 dollars every month will be paid through the credit due me. This should take four and a third months where Sprint billing will not receive a dime from me and I will give them an accounting of the credit balance showing how much has been discharged through the credit.

     I expect an immediate response via Fax 919-000-0000 or e mail at bigal123@ncol.net since when I am on line the fax will not work and I want a name that I can refer, not like the unsigned letter of someone that wants to take no responsibility but lays the blame on Sprint corporation itself and it's high ranking officer's like Len Lauer. Otherwise you admit by silence what I will do is correct.

     I am creating a letter of this Fax and sending to Len Lauer and a copy of the unsigned letter to show him how Sprint hires incompetents to operate the Business he oversees. Len Lauer expected this to be completed immediately back in September when He sent Amy Shoenfeld the letter telling her to issue the credit process to me which told me to send the material to Chris Franta.

     Needless to say when a customer cannot get any answers from a number given to him that does not exist, (yes I had a Sprint operator try that number and she confirmed it did not exist) , and has to spend an hour of frustration proving what he did was correct, it does not speak highly of Sprint's personnel knowing their job. All the companies I had worked would have fired me on the spot for being so incompetent with the business customers of the companies if the top people found out how I or others had performed. I hope Mr Len Lauer, Sprint President and CEO can correct some of the incompetents.
