THE END RESULT OF ALL COURT CASES ON THE PHONE CHARGES

All the above is a good education if nothing else. After the PUC denied anything placed before it, they are not the consuming public's friend, it went to the NC Supreme Court where the potato was so hot they denied the case ex mero muto with no explanation whatsoever. Then on to the US Supreme Court where they denied cert, naturally. So after all was said and done, being I had multiple issues, I decided to go back after Sprint on one issue alone. That was the federal excise tax. One must realize that using the courts is a waste of time. So I went after Sprint administratively only , dragging into the issue the CEO, the President, two legal analysts and maybe three other top brass. I just made a nuisance of myself to the point they knew I meant business, again. Only this time it was personal. After about 6 months Sprint finally agreed to eliminate the federal Excise tax saying, yes I was correct and did not have to pay the tax. One of the legal analysts letters to this effect can be found above. So three years ago I stopped paying the federal excise tax. The way Sprint did this was to bill me. On payment I would say three things on the bill, whether they liked it or not. They were all caps and in red,

I protest this R.I.C.O. collection of the F.E.T.

I am not paying

Please credit my account

I then drew an arrow to the FET that I circled.

Next month I get a credit for the FET.

Two things here. I should not have to do this. And two, they admit it is RICO action as they have yet to deny the statement after three years so it will stand in any court, even the corrupt ones of today. They acknowledge I am not paying and they do give me credit every month.
