The latest update on the FET on telephones

I would ask this question of all reading this. Carefully look at your phone bill. Do you still see the collection of the federal tax? Why are you still paying this repealed tax? The answer is that the RICO establishment said; oh, we only repealed part of the tax and left the small amount to be collected again. This is a fraud, as a repealed tax is repealed in its entirety, not partial. It's like telling a woman she is partially pregnant. You can start receiving a credit every month. If you don't, the reason might be-----well I won't say now because it is a legal situation.

When I wrote the three statements on each billing page that contained the federal tax, I was credited every month the Federal tax listed that you still pay. About March of 2007 I started having trouble getting credit. Only after a phone call every month to Embarq customer service did I receive the credit. It took me awhile to figure out why, after sending the statement to the proper office for the last three years. They did not like admitting to being a Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organization (RICO). See 18 USC 1961, which they fit to the “T”.. After three years of accepting the RICO designation the legal department, albeit late, did not want to make the admission any longer. So in September of 07, I eliminated the RICO word and left everything the same. As I suspected, in October I received credit for the federal tax listed and have been without having any problem whatsoever. Those that wish to receive credit, MUST send the page with the tax listed with the statement, I protest this collection of the F.E.T.–I am not paying– Please credit my account, in red, written on the page with the federal tax circled and an arrow pointing to it, the federal tax, to the ACS man of your phone company . ( make a copy, you keep the original). DO NOT SEND USING THE ENVELOPE THEY USUALLY ENCLOSE WITH THE BILL as it will go to the wrong office. That is another trick they use to wiggle out of giving you credit. Who says they are not a RICO establishment?

My bills were to be paid to the Charlotte office under normal conditions. However, after a month of searching I was to send payment and the statement to Embarq's London , Kentucky Office. Your phone company has a certain office where the man denoted as an ACS officer is to receive all disputes. You have to dig that up for yourself if you want credit for the federal tax they are taking from you. If it's repealed, as IRS admitted, then who keeps the federal tax the phone companies collect. You think its small change, but multiply what you pay by 250 million other people like you and it is at least 500 million dollars. Do I smell R.I.C.O. operating? Of course Congress is one big R.I.C.O. to begin with.
