Hello, Folks;

§ 2 Of the Sherman Act, which provides that "every person who shall monopolize, or attempt to monopolize, or combine or conspire with any other person or persons, to monopolize any part of the trade or commerce among the several States, or with foreign nations, shall be deemed guilty of a felony..." USC §2

Don't the various and several State Bar Associations in the various and several States conduct themselves as a monopoly?

I think so! Why aren't they being prosecuted for these crimes?

Because the people who you elect don't do it!
