The Fourth Circuit Shows It's True Colors!
Corrupt to the Core!
June 12, 2007
Hello, Folks;
Our investigative reporter has been closely following the ongoing, and oft reported on, the case of Mr. Peter Kay Stern, the man who was sentenced by Federal Judge Lacy Thornburg, to 124 months in prison after the Supreme Court and the Fourth Circuit said the proper sentence was but 57 months.
Mr. Stern filed a petition for Writ of Mandamus after Judge Thornburg rejected Mr. Stern's motion to recuse and motion for release on bail. The Fourth Circuit denied that petition, and Mr. Stern filed for a rehearing and as well, filed a motion for Judge Thornburg to show cause why he should not be held in contempt of court for failing to follow the orders of the higher courts.
We read through Mr. Stern's filings and ran them by people with more than a little working knowledge of the law. It was the opinion of our experts that Mr. Stern's filings were on point and carried with them the strength of precedent case law.
We have just discovered that the entire panel of Fourth Circuit judges denied Mr. Stern's motions, without comment.
Folks, I must report to you that it would appear that once again the federal judiciary goes on record as totally corrupt and without a shred of ethical or legal morality. These black-robed imposters will go to any lengths to protect one of their own.
In this case, at this point, they come across as a panel of toothless reprobates who won't enforce their own decisions nor those of the Supreme Court, when a lower court defies their order.
The American people can no longer have any faith in anything that the federal judiciary says or does as a result of this outrageous and shameless display of lack of character or honesty in the face of irrefutable evidence of wrongdoing by Judge Thornburg.
It is a crying shame when federal judges are faced with concrete evidence of Judge Thornburg's complicity in covering us A.U.S.A. Brown's criminal conduct, and they won't do a thing. Does that make them co-conspirators? How about accessories after the fact?
How can anyone have any respect for those who participate in and cover up criminal acts on the part of Judge Thornburg, regardless of what titles or honors they cloak themselves in? I submit to you that it is time for a public outcry to the House and Senate Judiciary Committees, you local congress representative, and who ever else will listen, and demand the impeachment of those who would participate in such a fraud and a farce.
This is why I keep telling you that it is time to join the No Vote Party and put a stop to this type of judicial tyranny.
