The No Vote Party Position Statement

June 16, 2007

Hello, Folks;

I think it is appropriate to publish the No Vote Party's position statement for your reading enjoyment and comments.

The No Vote Party

Whereas; The two dominant political parties, the Republican Party and the Democratic Party have blended into a single dominant force and prevented other parties from becoming effective in the American political process, and

Whereas; Congress and the Executive Branch of the federal government has been , and continues to be held in tight control by being constituted of a vast majority of attorneys, and

Whereas; The lawyer/attorney cabal consisting of the American Bar Association, the State Bars, and the American Inns of the Courts operate as a monolithic monopoly against the interests of the liberty of all Americans, and

Whereas; As a result of the monopolistic enterprise operated by the lawyer/attorney monopoly, the courts of the land have effectively eroded away the protections and guarantees of the Bill of Rights and Constitution and created an elitist class of people in America, and

Whereas; That elitist class is unjustly enriched at the expense of majority of freedom loving Americans, and

Whereas; The Presidency has been and is operating as a dictatorship, with the knowledge, consent and assistance of Congress and the federal court system, in breach of the trust placed in it by the American people, and

Whereas; The American people have been duped into believing that voting for candidates in either dominant political party will make any difference, when in fact, it doesn't,

We, the No Vote Party, stand for the proposition

That the Bill of Rights and Construction lives as written by the Founding Fathers, and not as stretched into incredibility by lawyer/attorney monopoly controlled courts, and

That all Americans have the unalienable right to freely conduct themselves in their everyday life without government interference as long as their conduct doesn't harm others, and

That all Americans have the right to expect and demand all public officers and officials adhere strictly to their Oath of Office, or be subject to immediate removal from office, and

That all Americans have the right and the duty to effect change in government by withholding their vote, in its entirety, to effect a no confidence vote by silence, and cause those not voted for to be summarily removed from office for failing to adhere to their Oath of Office, by virtue of not receiving sufficient votes to obtain office.

Well, there it is Folks. A bold and perhaps effective statement of goals that should strike fear in the hearts of all those who swill at the trough of government money while doing harm to our liberty.

Now do you see why I advocate all freedom loving Americans join the No Vote Party? It is long past time to put a stop to the nonsense by putting a stop to these types of people getting into office and staying there.

Think about. If no one votes, after six years, Congress is empty, and after four years, so is the Executive Branch. At that point, the judiciary is swinging in the wind with no support. Who cares if the black-robed criminals are appointed for life. They will just sit there, day after day, with no money to support their diabolical agenda, no people with guns rounding up Americans to feed into their vicious grinder, and no where to turn for support. How long do you really think they will sit in the courtrooms with that state of affairs being their reality? I think about one hour.

Join the No Vote Party and strike a blow for restoring our freedoms, today!

D. Tom
