The First Circus Gang of Outlaws is Heard From
More Vile Opinions From the Federal Judiciary
June 19, 2007
Hello, Folks;
In U.S. v. Pierre, 484 F.3d 75 (1st Circuit 2007), so-called judges Lynch, Stahl, and Lipez, have shown their willingness to be included in the list of outlaws denigrating your rights under the guise of court decisions.
Mr. Pierre was driving in a convenience store parking lot when Fall River police officer David Murphy stopped him and arrested him.
The charge was driving without a current license.
Where this gets interesting is that the 1st Circus allows Murphy to get away with this outlawry on the basis that he suspicion ed Pierre had a suspended license. Murphy did not actually know this at the time of the stop, but explained he remembered that a year before, while working in another unit, Pierre did not have an active license. Even though a year had transpired, the 1st circus said it was okay to stop Pierre on mere unfounded suspicion.
Folks, while Pierre is a drug dealer, and I don't hold with that line of work, the underlying issue is that the 1st Circus has essentially given police an open season permit on stopping someone's car for virtually any contrived reason, however slim the basis, or contrived the explanation.
If they can do this to Pierre, they can do it to you.
Now do you see why it important to join the NO Vote Party and stop putting into office people who appoint and confirm these black-robed clowns?
