The 8th Circus Outlaws Ride Again!

Hello Folks;

8th Circus so-called judges Wollman, Beam and Melloy opined that the conviction of Keven N. Thomas, in front of District Court so-called Judge Ortrie D. Smith, for driving without a license constitutes a crime of violence for the purposes of sentencing Thomas to a longer term of imprisonment; a total of 168 months, based on Thomas being a felon in possession of a firearm.

See 484 F.3d 542 (8th Circuit 2007), at Page 545.

Folks, if you still don't believe that 1) the government is out to make sure all Americans' firearms are taken away under whatever guise or contrivance necessary, and 2) the federal judicial system must be disbanded as the gang of outlaws that they are, then their heads are so far in the sand that there is no hope for them.

Anyone who runs out and votes for anyone in the upcoming elections is giving his/her assent for government to continue in its inexorable course of stripping the last vestiges of what are supposed to be guaranteed rights from all of us.

What you don't realize, unless you step back from the pabulum the media are foisting off on us as news reporting, is the hard fact that we are essentially under a dictatorship form of government. Anything that you do now is done under the benevolent approval of, and license by, the government, and not as you have been told, as a matter of right.

It is long past time that the No Vote Party become preeminent, supplant the Republicans and Democrats as the primary political party, and set this nation back on the path to true liberty and regain those freedoms that have been incrementally taken by government.

All the craven officials who allow the travesty to continue need to be fired. The way to accomplish that is to join the No Vote Party today!
