The First Amendment is a Worthless Statement!
The Supreme Court and D.C. Court of Appeals Says So!
Now What Are You Going To Do?

July 3, 2007

Hello, Folks;

On the eve of the Fourth of July...so-called Independence Day, I bring you irrefutable proof that we must disband the federal judiciary in order to save our nation.

On May 8, 2007, the Court of Appeals in the District of Criminals, handed down its decision in We The People Foundation, Inc. v. U.S., 485 F. 3d 140 (D.C. Circuit 2007). I urge all concerned individuals to read this case thoroughly.

Essentially what this case lays out is absolute proof that as long as the federal judiciary has anything to say about it, the right to petition is a hollow and toothless piece of writing that has no bearing on any government entity, whatsoever.

The panel, in this case GINSBURG (yeah of the Supreme Court), ROGERS, and KAVANAUGH lay it out, chapter AND VERSE TO THE EXTENT that you can petition all you want. There is no constitutional requirement that the government answer the petition.

So, what's the use of even thinking about a petition? It will be ignored by the government, and that disregard approved by the black-robed clowns who operate the corrupt judicial system.

After all the specious talk and convoluted writing by these despicable people, in the end they have shown that they couldn't care less for the illusion of constitutional protections nor the Bill of Rights.

You've got the evidence. Now will you join the No Vote party and help get rid of the plague on our land?

While I was writing this, I received word that King George II (Bush) just commuted Scooter Libby's sentence. Outrageous! Good 'ole boy cronyism at its worst. Political corruption of the first order. Bush won't commute sentences of lesser beings who were wrongly prosecuted, but he'll help out Dick Cheney's bosom buddy in a moment. FIRE'EM ALL!
