By Their Acts You Shall Know Them!
July

Hello, Folks;
Well, today is an auspicious day, to hear some tell it. Supposedly today is called Independence Day, the day the Declaration of Independence was brought into life.
Unfortunately, at this point in time, I must question whether or not that august document has any meaning to anyone but a few dedicated liberty minded individuals who still stand strong in the face of adversity.
BY THEIR ACTS YOU SHALL KNOW THEM!
I offer this well known biblical phrase for your consideration when taken in light of the recent Supreme Court decision in Rita v. U.S., 06-5754, decided June 21, 2007.
In this case Mr. Rita asked the Supreme Court to hold that the reasonableness standard applied by the Court of Appeals on federal sentences "within the guidelines", based on facts not admitted by the defendant nor found by a jury is unconstitutional
The end result of this decision is that the Supreme Court has held the 6th Amendment is gutted of any semblance of protection afforded a defendant with regards to having a jury trial.
After reading the entire decision, including the dissent, I can only say that I refer you to the above statement and ask you to read the case. You will easily come to the conclusion that I have...I know the black-robed buffoons sitting in the Supreme Court to be an anathema to the concepts articulated in the Declaration of Independence as well as the Bill of Rights.
The Rita case gives judges free rein to find whatever sentencing factors they want, (judges who are attorneys first) and toss the defendant in prison.
Taken at face value, it also eviscerates the power of the jury and allows the judge to usurp that traditional authority without recourse for the defendant. (Take it up on appeal. HAH!)
The nine clowns issued an opinion as convoluted and insecure as the travesty they handed down in Booker, and expect that we should understand the thrust and abide by it.
Hogwash! Nonsense! Balderdash!
In the recent past I have repeatedly shown you that the federal judiciary spits on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, 9th, and 10th Amendments. No one has come forward and challenged my work in that regard.
Now I say to you that it is long past time to start making firm plans to FIRE'EM ALL and clear out the nest of vipers that inhabits Washington, DC.
Remember the Million Man March? There is a perfect example of how the right of the people to assemble and voice protest against government injustice should work.
In their case, they did a good job, but haven't followed through with the same resolve.
I suggest that it is time to plan a similar march for July 4th, 2008. Only this time we shoot for two million people in attendance. After 221 years, things have decayed to the point where we need to reassert the Declaration of Independence in a way that the bunch of good 'ole boys in the District of Criminals will take notice.
Two million people standing in the streets of D.C. telling the President and his cabinet, Congress, and the federal judiciary "YOU ARE FIRED!, and we are tired of your shenanigans!" should do it.
Don't you think two million people can make heard a clear message that we don't want that bunch of clowns and criminals running our lives anymore? I think so!
Come to think of it...I believe we have a new slogan.
"WE ARE TIRED AND YOU ARE FIRED!" How does that sound to you?
How many of you readers can and will forward this posting to friends, families, and acquaintances, and ask them to forward it on? It wouldn't take long for this message to reach millions who are sick and tired of putting up with government excesses and intrusions into our lives, and who would be willing to make the effort to go to D.C. and be seen and heard.
Yessir, Folks! I think we have hit on something big here.
I believe there are at least two million people with the means and resolve to make this work. Let's start networking and getting local and state organizations coalesced into working groups. Start advertising wherever you can. Talk to local groups who might assist this endeavor. Get the ball rolling now.
We have a year to put this together, and it can be done.
Let "WE ARE TIRED AND YOU ARE FIRED!" ring out loud and clear. It is long past time that this becomes the watchword of any concerned patriotic American.
Remember, their house of cards is really only an illusion which stands only because you are letting them get away with what they are doing. Withdraw your support, and the sham and fraud falls apart.
More importantly, I think that if faced with two million tired and angry people flooding the Capitol, the rats will leave the sinking ship rather than be hold personally accountable for their misdeeds.
The No Vote Party can make a big difference in the next year. It can become a grass roots groundswell that will eclipse the entrenched Republican and Democrat attorney controlled stranglehold on American politricks and make a dramatic difference for us and our progeny.
The timing is right and I know that the hearts and minds of millions of Americans know what is going on now is wrong. Let's get together and make a difference.
DC in '08!
