The 6th Circus Approves Bush's Criminal Behavior!
July 13, 2007
Hello, Folks;
The American Civil Liberties Union filed a lawsuit against King George II's domestic spying program and wiretapping activities that were in violation of the FISA Act and the criminal statutes set forth in 18 USC § 2510. et. seq.
In the past, I have written repeatedly about Bush's criminal activities in these respects, and can now tell you that he is getting away with his criminal behavior at the behest of the black-robed swine who infest the 6th Circus.
The 6th Circus clowns dismissed the action on the grounds that the ACLU couldn't prove anyone who was a party to the suit was injured by the illegal program. At the same time, these spineless pond scum have upheld the government's position that it can keep secret who, what, where, when, and or why people were illegally wiretapped.
So-called judges Alice M. Batchelder and Julia Smith Gibbons pontificated in support of Bush's illegality, without reservation. Their cohort, so-called judge Ronald Lee Gilman, to his credit, disagreed, but it was a hollow effort, since the quasi-Gestapo acts of the other two judges override his statement.
By the way, I am now using the term"swine" to describe these black-robed imposters, since it is obvious that these people feed at the public trough, trample whatever is in their way into the mud they generate, and will push out of the way anyone and anything that displeases them and prevents them from getting their way, right or wrong.
We are tired, and you are fired!
