The 5th Circus Shown to be Blatantly Anti-Semitic!

Hello, Folks;

Okay! Here's one for you that should disgust you to the point of no longer being able to resist joining the No Vote Party.

In Baranowski v. Hart, 486 F.3d 112 (5th Circuit 2007), Mr. Baranowski, an orthodox Jew held in the Texas (go figure) Huntsville Prison, sued under Title 42 §1983, to be allowed to practice his religion while in prison.

You might want to read this case as it portends what is surely in store for you, whatever your religion, if these black-robed imposters are allowed to continue their corrupt reign of terror over America.

The 5th Circus clowns, HIGGENBOTHAM, WIENER, and PRADO backed up so-called judge JOHN D. RAINEY (S.D. Texas) denial of relief for Mr. Baranowski, based on the State of Texas; claim that it simply costs too much money to accommodate the needs of such a small population (900 out of 145,000 prisoners) of one faith group.

Regardless of the fact that the affidavits of the prison system's head Chaplain, a guy name PIERCE (obviously not Jewish if the name means anything), which clearly states that the State of Texas policy is to accommodate Jewish inmates only at certain institutions, and only when convenient to the prison authorities, and total denial of a kosher diet throughout the system, the 5th Circus upheld summary judgment against Baranowski.

This decision strips any teeth from the intent of Religious Land Use and Institutional Persons Act, 42 USC §2000cc-1, disregards its thrust, and totally ignores the First Amendment.

But, Folks, would you expect anything different from the purported home state of King George II and his henchmen?

Here you have a perfect example of the arrogance of federal judicial swine and outright expression of anti semitism of the first order. I guess we can lump the 5th Circus clowns in with the balance of vilified skin-heads, KKK, and white supremacist anti-Jewish groups.
