Constitution" We Don't Need No Stinkin' Constitution
Says the Fourth Circus Clowns
August 2, 2007
Hello, Folks;
Well, here's a another one where the federal judiciary, in a display of unadulterated arrogance and disregard for the Constitution and Bill of Rights, casually treads on another unfortunate defendant.
In U.S. v. Baucom, 486 F.3d 822 (4th Circuit 2007), Mr. Baucom was prosecuted for (can you believe it?) failure to file income tax returns.
Mr. Davis, for whatever reasons, could not find an attorney in whom he could place his trust to properly defend his rights. District so-called Judge Richard Voorhees, in Charlotte, North Carolina, after 15 months passed from time of indictment, and Baucom still not successful in finding a lawyer, jammed a trial down the throats of the defendant, Baucom and his co-defendant, Patrick Davis...convicted them and did so by appointing a shyster from the local Bar to overcome their objections.
The 4th Circus, represented by WILKINS, WILKINSON, and TRAXLER, black-robed imposters all, defy reason by stating "The Constitution generally entitles a defendant to representation by counsel of his choice."
They then go on to usurp that guarantee by their twisted logic and warped rationale, saying that a federal judge can violate that guarantee if he thinks the trial is delayed too much.
Folks, what a disgusting display of disregard for the Constitution and what it was written to do. Two men are in federal prison, put there by an out-of-control federal so-called judge, in blatant violation of the Oath of Office, and held there by three more federal swine who go along with that travesty of justice. It is time to tell these miscreants "We are tired, and you are fired!", before they put more people in prison by stamping their dirty feet on the founding documents of this nation.
More reason is found in the case when the four black-robed imposters totally step over the line and invade State sovereignty and use State taxes to impose a higher sentence. Ridiculous, but it shows the proof of my prior arguments, and those of The Informer and of James Montgomery, to the extent that the federal government is now occupying the States and wreaking havoc on the people by virtue of sheer force of arms and the failure of State Governors and Legislatures to take a hard and fast stand against the federal invasion.
It is long past time for the No Vote Party to come forward and exercise its political strength to make a change and let all these out-of-control federal swine hear the cry "We are tired, and you are fired!".
Join the No Vote Party today.
