Another Reason Not to Trust the Federal Government!
August 8, 2007
Hello, Folks;
As reported by Denise Lavoie of the Associated Press (7-27-2007), Federal Judge Nancy Gertner in Boston, made clear that the FBI was instrumental in framing four men for a murder they did not commit.
Peter Limone and Joseph Salvati, the last remaining alive after 30 years in prison (Henry Tameleo and Louis Greco died in prison) heard the court award $101.7 million in damages.
Judge Gertner, breaking with the widespread tradition of federal judges in almost always finding against those who sue government for wrongdoing, stated, "No lost liberty is dispensable." Bravo, Judge Gertner.
To show just how devious and despicable the government is, you should realize that Limone and Salvati were released from prison in 2001, after the FBI's duplicity in helping state authorities and police frame the four. It has taken another 6 years for their civil law suit to finally come to fruition, due to the stonewalling and delaying tactics of government attorneys who will go to any lengths to cover up government misdeeds in the face of overwhelming evidence of wrongdoing.
Personally, it is my belief that those who participated in the cover up, along with the government attorneys who stalled the reparations to these men, should all be indicted, tried, and convicted of conspiracy to deny civil rights under 18 USC § 241 and §242, and tossed in jail for 30 years.
What do you think?
Shouldn't you tell the government employees who did this travesty and the attorneys who defended the wrongdoing "We are tired and you are fired!"?
Join the No Vote Party and help do just that.
