Senator Lindsey Graham is a Closet Gestapo Agent
August 15, 2007
Hello, Folks;
Seanna Adcox of the Associated Press recently reported that South Carolina's Senator Lindsey Graham, a Republican, has teamed up with Homeland Security Secretary Michael Chertoff to introduce legislation in Congress that will mandate the obsolescence of paper Social Security cards and replace the old ones with a new plastic biometric chip embedded one.
Despite all the outcry against a national ID, a la Gestapo travel and identity papers, a move which failed in the Clinton years, Graham is resurrecting the concept and calling for the new card to be necessary if anyone is to get a job in America.
This is tied to a national computerized data base. Big Brother is still trying to tie all of your personal information, location, and job status into their One World Order watch everybody scheme to destroy the last vestiges of privacy in this country.
Do you know that there are programs and treaties in place that require the Government to share all this information with a myriad of other countries? Is this something you want to happen?
The system is flawed from the outset, since it won't catch those using stolen identities, nor those who work for under the table cash wages, small businesses which won't subscribe to the program.
Graham attempts to sell this draconian and intrusive and very costly program on the grounds it will help stop terrorists.
Hey, Graham! Do you really think someone bent on terrorist acts in this country is going to register with the Government first? Are you out of your mind or just that arrogant.
It doesn't seem to faze Herr Graham that South Carolina's Legislature soundly rejected the 2005 REAL ID Act by Congress, or the fact that there is no provision to find the some $11 Billion the program will cost the states and you. No sir! He simply wants to do this and have you kowtow tow to his wishes and become part of the socialist program this seems to be...or is it fascist? Now I can't tell the difference.
Isn't it long past time to stop his folly and tell him "We are tired, and you are fired!"? Join the No Vote Party today and help stop this kind of senseless invasion of your rights.
