The Fourth Amendment is Dead in the
2nd Circus!
September 1, 2007
Hello, Folks;
If you take the time to read U.S. v. Howard, 489 F.3d 484 (2nd Circuit 2007), you will see yet another outrageous example of the federal black-robed clowns shredding the Bill of Rights without a care.
In this case, police stopped two men driving in the State of New York. They set up a ruse to get the two men away from their cars and searched them without a warrant. The police found drugs and arrested Mr. Howard and Mr. Restifo. They were later convicted over objections based on the Fourth Amendment.
The federal swine in the 2nd Circus take great pains to justify the warrantless search of the cars to the point where I can safely postulate that in the 2nd Circus area, no one has any more Fourth Amendment rights nor protections by order of the so-called judges. Preposterous! Ridiculous! Outrageous! Just drive a car around there and it's over with.!
This is why you must tell them "We are tired, and you are fired!"
