Bravo Catherine Crier!

September 6, 2007

Hello, Folks;

I was fortunate to run across a copy of a book titled "The Case Against Lawyers" written by Catherine Crier, a lady who is an attorney; has been a judge and prosecutor, and now is a host on Court TV.

The book is an on-point treatise on most of what is wrong with the practice of law in America today. She sets forth facts and weaves the information in a workman-like way to create a broad ranging tapestry of truth about why this nation must rid itself of lawyers and their stranglehold on our lives.

She left out the one salient point with regards to the illegal monopoly foisted off on us by the Bar Associations, an obvious double standard that allows lawyers to control the practice of law to the exclusion of anyone else. Any other company attempting to do business the way the Bar Associations do would find themselves prosecuted...by lawyers

Remember, all courts in this country construe errors by your attorney against you...not the shyster. Not particularly a fair scenario to envision when you are forced into their courts.

Judges (attorneys who can't get a legitimate job in the usual practice of law) always manipulate evidence and motions to create a favorable outcome for the government and shred any possibility of a complete record on appeal. That includes appellate courts' nasty habit of upholding the exclusion of defense exhibits by judges. See U.S. v. Scheffer. 523 U.S. 303, 308, 118 S.Ct. 1261, 140 L.Ed. 2d 413 (1998).

In any event, good job, Catherine. We need more like you to come out in public and tell the truth to help motivate Americans everywhere to tell the attorney cartel "We are tired, and you are fired!".

Help support the No Vote party today.

D. Tom .
