The Black-Robed Imposters Are At It Again!

September 25, 2007

Hello, Folks;

I wonder how many of you saw the article "Pay gap dismays federal judges" written by Laura Parker and published in the September 24, 2007, USAToday on the front page?

I saw it and I will confess, I did not know whether to laugh or hurl my lunch.

As the article states, the $165,200.00 pay these clowns get now puts them in the top 10% of pay for all Americans, and yet they are unhappy about it. Go figure.

Here you have an elitist group of attorneys who are appointed for life, have provided for them in addition to top pay, a huge staff of secretaries, law clerks, security people, drivers and expensive cars, a generous expense account, a huge retirement plan they don't have to pay for, all the free lunches, dinners, junkets, conferences in expensive resorts put on by the Administrative Office of the Courts and Judicial Commissions, and yet they want more.

On top of that, this group of despotic tyrants continue in their path stripping people of rights, denying justice, and tossing Americans in prison for longer and longer sentences while terrorizing defense attorneys, defendants and their families, and ignoring the Bill of Rights on a daily basis.

As announced in the article, Congress is considering a pay raise to boost their salaries to $247,000.00. Remember, most of Congress are attorneys. These bills originate in the House and/or the Senate Judiciary Committees, which themselves are comprised almost 100% of attorneys. Begin to see an unwholesome pattern evolving? I do!

So-called Chief Justice John Roberts is quoted as saying "the independence of the federal judiciary is at stake." Damn well should be, if you ask me. We certainly don't need to spend more for these black-robed outlaws to continue to plunder America's people as they have been. I say, decrease their salary. Put them on a performance based compensation plan, overseen by non-attorneys who would be empowered to review federal judges decisions and withhold pay for those who do not adhere to the Bill of Rights as they are written, not as these federal swine twist and misinterpret it for their political and personal agendas.

Time to support The No Vote Party and take our destiny in our own hands. Don't leave it for attorneys to do. They have already messed things up in all walks of our life!
