Update on Miscarriage of Justice

March 15, 2008

Hello, Folks;

This update on the story of the travesty and miscarriage of justice that the corrupt Federal system of injustice and attorney/Bar monopoly has perpetrated on Mr. Peter Kay Stern will be proof positive of the fact that the Federal Judiciary must be disbanded.

From paperwork our investigative reporters were able to get, we see that Mr. Stern filed a complaint against A.U.S.A. David Alan Brown's criminal conduct of practicing law without being a member of the North Carolina Bar with the Office of Professional Responsibility in Washington, D.C.

We have reported on this issue before. N.C. General Statutes at Chapter 84 makes it a criminal act to practice law without being a member of the State Bar. There is nowhere to be found any verbiage in published law granting a Federal attorney a waiver on this issue.

On November 14, 2007, Ms. Jacqueline Robertson, Program Analyst for the O.P.R. responded with a letter that totally avoided addressing the issue.

Next, Mr. Stern filed a formal Judicial complaint with the Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals alleging Judge Lacy Thornburg engaged in criminal misconduct by allowing A.U.S.A. Brown to continue to perpetrate criminal acts in his courtroom.

On October 16, 2007, the Fourth Circuit's Chief Judge Karen J. Williams dismissed the complaint out of hand, refusing to address the criminal violations of State Law.

Mr. Stern requested a review of the decision on October 29, 2007.

Judge Williams did not have the moral or ethical backbone, nor the professional dignity to deal with the issue and instead handed it off to Samuel W. Phillips, a secretary for the Court. Phillips issued a December 5, 2007, Order denying review.

Parallel to the Federal complaints, Mr. Stern filed complaints with the Attorney General of North Carolina, Roy Cooper. The complaint was answered by H. Dean Bowman, Special Deputy Attorney General, who refused to deal with the issue.

It would seem that when an attorney does wrong, all other attorneys close ranks and do everything in their power to protect their Bar Buddy.

It doesn't seem to matter that a Federal Judge engages in a criminal conspiracy to protect an A.U.S.A from prosecution for criminal felony conduct.

Folks, we have named names and hold solid back-up evidence of massive corruption and cover-up by officials at all levels of government.

The fact that none of these so-called public servants will confront the matter conclusively proves that it is long past time to join the No Vote party and fire 'em all.

This is especially true in this instance when those who have sworn an oath to uphold the Law callously and repeatedly not only break the Law and become outlaws, but breach the trust of the people who pay their salaries, and misuse the power of their offices to conduct a cover-up of the lawless acts of their fellow attorney cabal members.
