He is NOT Your Attorney!

Hello, Folks,

Here's another clarion call from this research organization to wake up to the reality of the massive fraud being perpetrated on Americans by the attorney cartel.

To demonstrate that this is a concrete fact and not mere speculation, we need only turn to Volume 7 of what is now an obscure but nevertheless valid record called Corpus Juris Secundum.

This Set is a detailed encyclopedia of legal terms, indexed to supporting court decisions from which the legal concepts are derived, and which are as valid today as when the Set was printed.

Let us explore the clear and undeniable pertinent language on this issue as follows;

Page 706:
     "An attorney is an officer of the court with an obligation to the public as well as his clients."...."but is an officer of the court, however, in a sense an officer of the state".

Page 809:
   "A state bar is a governmental body and not a private corporation. It is a public corporation, created by the legislature as an administrative arm of the court."

This is an interesting concept, isn't it? You have a criminal charge and have to hire an officer of the court and state which is prosecuting you to defend you. Doesn't this reek of a major problem and direct conflict of interests? Looks like it!

It gets worse, Folks.

Page 796
    "Clients are also called "wards of the court" in regard to their relationship with their attorneys."

Whoops, it looks like when you hire an attorney you have given yourself over to the court and by silent judicial notice deemed incompetent to handle your affairs.

Here's the real shocker, especially if you think he's your attorney!

Page 802
    "His first duty is to the courts and the public, NOT to the client (emphasis added), and wherever the duties to the client conflict with those he owes as an officer of the court in the administration of justice, the former must yield to the latter."

What this is making abundantly clear is that these attorneys are first, last, and always bound to do what the state through the judge, wants, and your rights and defenses always take a back seat, regardless of how much money that you have paid the pettyfogger to help you.

The concept of "your attorney" is proven a fraud, from the outset.

I challenge anyone to provide concrete evidence to repute this.
