Speaking Pragmatism to Fascism
The Gutless Wonders Who Participate In and Enable The Fascist Central Government

Personally, I'm sick to death of "pragmatism."  I don't recall that any of our Founding Fathers were pragmatists.  Otherwise, I suspect they would have come out with a "Declaration of Dependence" in which they would have stated, " . . . It is the Right of the People to make do with any crumbs thrown their way in order to preserve the status quo that breeds corruption and tyranny among politicians and robber barons because it's good for businesses that are too large to fail to continue to receive money stolen from the people in the guises of taxation and inflation."

While Governor Sanford is being excoriated on his principled stand against the fascist corporate welfare spending sprees of Congress, "pragmatists" like Lindsey Graham and Der Staat's former pragmatical fascsist, Brad Warthen have been screaming, "Take the money and run!"  I'd rather they had the guts to scream the "F-word" ("fascist") just as loudly and fight the real enemy: tyranny in any form!

Working people who have been responsible in paying their bills and saving for their retirements are being asked to happily accept money-printing bills that inflate their dollars into wallpaper.  Working people will get nothing out of these bills but crumbs.

WHY NOT REFUSE TO ACCEPT THESE FUNDS?  WHY NOT MAKE A STAND?  If not here and now, then where and when?  Do we wait until the sales receipts are printed out that OFFICIALLY make us slaves to the economy that is too big to fail?

So many politicians and activists have been worried about the so-called separation of church and state that they've forgotten that the REAL threat to liberty is the fascist tendencies of governments to utterly destroy the wall of separation that should exist between businesses and governments.  Individual citizens do not receive tax breaks and incentives to move to certain states yet corporations routinely do.  Individual working citizens receive very little in the way of loop holes in the 17,000 plus pages of Federal tax code but corporations get huge breaks and privileges just about every time a bill is signed into law.  Tens of thousands of lobbyists in D.C. are there to insure that the Corporate Welfare Queen, Lindsey Graham, and others of his ilk continue to divert billions of our tax dollars in exchange for millions of dollars in campaign donations.

The answer to all of this is to return to the U.S. Constitution AS WRITTEN in order to put the people, the economy, and government in the proper relationship.  It is a very little thing to remember that the government serves us and that we the people do not exist to serve the government nor the economy.  The economy should exist to serve us as a medium of barter that is to be treated equally under the law rather than being given titles and a status superior to us by a corrupt government.

We've reached a point where we have nothing to lose in rejecting even more corporate welfare fascism being thrust upon us by either of two dominant parties.  This time we have a Democrat President pushing corporate welfare.  Before him it was a Republican President doing the same thing.   What's in a party label? That which we call a fascist by any other name would smell as rotten.
