Think about this: how much control/supervision/interference by the central govt. will be necessary to make sure there is no fraud?
That's right! Get ready for new crimes legislation like bills for "National Pet Registration" and other bills against "taxidermy tax evasion!"
Then again, it could just be another avenue to politicians buying even more votes by proposing expansions of socialized medicine in the form of "Veticare."
Seriously, this proposal is undeniably loony-bin material! We need to use a pooper-scooper on Congress and rid ourselves of the stinking excuses for human beings parading as gods (Anubis? Bast?) up there in D.C.
Gresham Barrett's saying he had no hand in it is very believable since he's missed more votes than any other Congressman in D.C.
My district's Rep. Joe Wilson's support of it makes me wonder yet again just who is yanking the chain of our little chihuahua Congressman.
